We currently ship within the United States only, to all 50 states. International shipping is not available at this time.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please report any damage within 72 hours of delivery. Email support@jaynomad.com with photos of the damaged product, the outer shipping box, the shipping label, and the inner packaging so we can process your claim quickly.

What is your return policy?
